Chef Yan
Was born in Canton, China and has lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York City. He currently resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. His passion is for cooking. He has owned several restaurants in Singapore and New York. Chef Yan specializes in Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisines. He has over 30 years of experience making delicious Asian inspired food. Chef Yan has received many awards and recognition for his cooking and success in the restaurant industry. His goal is to prepare a vast variety of quality dishes that are not only delicious but can be prepared healthfully too. read more

 

Chef Mark
Chef Mark, grew up in New York city – the cultural melting pot. While living in New York, Mark was exposed to ethnic cuisines from around the globe. The unique taste of different ethnic food inspired chef Mark to incorporate those ingredients and spices into his Japanese dish, which later became his cooking style. read more
